Caroline Jones

Caroline Jones (born on June 30, 1990) is an American country music singer-songwriter and radio host who broke into the mainstream with her 2018 single “Tough Guy.” An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, Jones was inspired to start a songwriting career after visiting Nashville for the first time at the age of 16. She made her official debut in 2011 with Fallen Flower, a self-released, self-produced effort recorded in New York and Nashville that combined pop, country, and folk. Jones soon followed up with Nice to Know You (2012), Clean Dirt (2012), and The Heart Is Smart (2012). In 2013, she became the host of Art & Soul, a SiriusXM radio show that focused on musicians and their creative process. A four year silence ensued, after which Jones joined forces with Céline Dion producer Ric Wake for “Tough Guys,” the single that preceded Bare Feet (2018), her fifth full-length. Released via Jimmy Buffett’s Mailboat Records, the album peaked at Number 3 on the Top Heatseekers chart and earned Jones a spot in Rolling Stone’s 10 Country Artists You Need to Know list. One of the album’s singles, “All of The Boys,” reached Number 58 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart and spawned a subsequent EP in 2020 with different reimaginings of the song, even featuring a dance version.
