Matty Mullins

Christian rock singer and songwriter Matty Mullins – born in Spokane, Washington on July 3, 1988 – is best known as lead vocalist of metalcore band Memphis May Fire. Born into a conservative Christian family, he sang in several bands in his hometown – including Nights in Fire - before auditioning for Memphis May Fire in 2008. He made his debut with the band on their 2009 debut album Sleepwalking and has remained with them ever since, appearing on the albums The Hollow (2011), Challenger (2012), Unconditional (2014), The Light I Hold (2016), Broken (2018), and Remade in History (2022). While working with Memphis My Fire, he also recorded two Christian rock / pop solo albums – Matty Mullins (2014) and Unstoppable (2017) – and collaborated with many other artists including Fit for a King, Woe Is Me, Sleeping With Sirens, Hands Like Houses, Convictions, Yellowcard, Set for the Fall, Storm the Sky, For Today, and many others. In April 2023, Matty Mullins released the solo single “Nails,” the fifth solo track he’s released since the 2017 album Unstoppable.
