The Current Playlist displays what is playing on the Software Player, whether it's the radio, Library songs, or a playlist. This information is displayed in a window on the of the application.

The station or playlist name is displayed at the top of the Current Playlist. If you are playing songs from the Library, then the title will say "Current Playlist."
At the end of the title is an arrow. This indicates a drop-down menu. Click this arrow to view the menu.
Some menu choices are active when playing a Slacker Radio station while others are active while playing songs in the Library or a playlist.

| • | Send to Friend: Displays the form that enables you to send the currently playing station to a friend. |
| • | Open Last Playlist: Stops playing the radio, populates the Current Playlist with the last set of local songs, and begins playing the first song in the list. |
| • | Send to Portable: Tells the Slacker service to add this station to your Slacker Portable the next time you refresh your Portable. |

| • | Repeat Playlist: When the Software Player reaches the end of the songs in the list, it will play the list again. |
| • | Shuffle Playlist: Shuffles all of the music in the Current Playlist. If the Software Player already is playing a song in the list, the Software Player will continue to play that song. |
| • | Clear Playlist: Removes all of the songs from the Current Playlist. Does not delete or remove any songs from the Library or computer. |
| • | Save Playlist: Saves the changes to the current saved playlist. This menu item is not active if the Current Playlist is not playing a saved playlist. |
| • | Save Playlist As...: Saves the songs in the Current Playlist as a saved playlist. If you are playing a saved playlist, this feature enables you to make a copy of the saved playlist. |
| • | Rename Playlist...: Enables you to change the name of the saved playlist. This menu item is not active if the Current Playlist is not playing a saved playlist. |
