Use Manage Account to change your username, password, and filter explicit content.  In addition, you can activate your Slacker Personal Radio Player and subscribe to Slacker Premium Radio.

 

Access Your Account

1.Sign in to the Slacker Software Player.
2.Go to the menu Options > Account > Manage Account.
3.Sign in to the Account Management section. This is for extra security.  The Software Player will display your account settings.

NOTE: If you just have signed in to the Software Player, then you may not be asked to sign in to Account Management.

4.When you have made all desired changes, click Done.

 

Change Email or Password

Slacker Account settings enable you to change the email address associated with this account or change your password.

 

1.Under Slacker Account, click Edit.
2.Enter the new email address and/or password.
3.Click Save.
Change Explicit Content Setting

Explicit content is defined as songs that contain adult language or explicit adult themes. You may tell Slacker whether or not to play songs with explicit content.   This is a global setting and will affect all of your stations.

 

1.Under Slacker Account, click Edit.
2.Check or uncheck the "Play explicit content" checkbox as desired.

Checked: play all songs in their original version, which may include "adult" language or themes. (Default setting)

Unchecked: play versions of songs that have been edited for "adult" language or themes so they are appropriate for all ages.

3.Click Save.
