You can transfer songs between the Software Player and Slacker Portable. To do this, you must plug your Slacker Portable into the computer. This feature is supported on PC computers only. It is not supported on Mac computers.

The Software Player's Library is on the left. The Portable's Library is on the right. You can remove music from either Library. And you can transfer music from the Software Player's Library to the Portable's Library.
You can remove songs and folders from either of the libraries.
| 1. | Right-click on the desired song or folder. A menu is displayed. |
| 2. | Select the menu item Remove. |
NOTE 1: The song or folder immediately removed. If you delete the only song in the folder, then the folder is removed too.
NOTE 2: If you remove songs that are stored on the computer, the songs will not be deleted from the computer. You still can access them, such as through Windows Explorer.

You can transfer music - saved Slacker Radio songs and your own music - from the Software Player to the Portable; however, you cannot transfer music from the Portable to the Software Player.
| 1. | Connect the Portable to the computer. A connection screen is displayed on the Portable. |
| 2. | Click the button labeled Cancel/Transfer MP3s. This will take you into a song transfer mode. |
| 3. | In the Software Player, click the button. |
| 4. | At the top of the Portable Manager feature, click the button. |
| 5. | Click on a folder or song to highlight it. (You can multi-select too.) Then drag the item to the other column. You'll see the progress at the . |
| 6. | Repeat till you have added all of the desired music. |
| 7. | Click Save. The Software Player transfers the music to the Portable. |
| 8. | Disconnect the Portable from the computer and then reconnect the Portable to the computer. |
