Reset Slacker Password

If you forget the password for your Slacker account, you can reset the password by email.  Customer Service cannot provide you with this information.

 

Reset Slacker Password

1.Click the link sign out, which is just above the search field. The Web Player displays the Sign In screen.
2.Below the "Sign In" section, click the link "Forgot your Password?"
3.On the Slacker Password Reset screen, enter your email address and click OK. Slacker will email you an address with directions on how to reset your password.
 
NOTE: If you cannot remember the email account you used, you will need to create a new account.
4.In the email, click the provided link.  Slacker opens a new browser/tab and displays the Slacker website with the password fields.
5.Enter your new password twice and click OK.
 
Once you have entered the password, the Slacker website displays a confirmation message.
