The touch strip is a convenient way to select items.  To use it, simply tap the strip next to the item you want to select on the screen.  This is the same action as single-clicking the scroll wheel.  So when directions in this Online Help tell you to click the scroll wheel, you can tap the touch strip instead.

NOTE: The touch strip does not work on the text entry screen for network keys.
