Dom Dolla

Dominic Matheson (born in 1992 in Manila, Philippines), known as Dom Dolla, is an Australian house music producer. Raised in outback Northern Australia, and inspired by English electronic duo Basement Jaxx, he moved to Melbourne after finishing school to cultivate his passion for music production. Debuting with single “The Boxer” in 2013, followed by “Love Like This” in 2015, it was his collaboration with Sydney producer Go Freek, that gained him commercial success, with third single “Define” peaking at number 2 on the ARIA Club End of Year Chart and featuring in the 2015 Hollywood film We Are Your Friends. His follow-up tracks “You” (2016), “Be Randy” (with Torren Foot) (2017) and “Take It” (2018) reached the coveted number 1 position on the ARIA Club Chart, earning him two nominations for Best Dance Recording at the 2017 and 2018 ARIA awards respectively, finally taking home the award for his 2019 Platinum-certified hit “San Frandisco” which together with tech house smash “Moving Blind” (with Sonny Fodera) entered the Top 40 Billboard Dance/Electronic Songs chart in the United States. After touring extensively throughout North America, United Kingdom and Europe, Dom Dolla released “Miracle Maker” (featuring Clementine Douglas) in July 2022, reaching number 2 on the ARIA Top 50 Club Tracks chart.
