Josh Levi

Josh Levi is the stage name of American actor, singer, and dancer Joshua Levi Bolden, born on October 7, 1998, in Houston, Texas. His journey to stardom began in 2009 with his role as Darius Merriweather in the TV series Friday Night Lights. After two seasons, he quit the show and competed on season 3 of The X Factor USA, eventually reaching the finale. Despite being eliminated, he made a remarkable return to the competition, advancing to the final eight. Following this exposure, in February 2014, Josh Levi released his debut single "Trying to Find You" and performed at various events across the United States. His career continued to ascend with a tour alongside Aaron Carter in 2015 and a collaboration with Niki and Gabi on a cover of Fifth Harmony's "Work From Home" in 2016. A year later, he formed the group Citizen Four with Carson Boatman, Connor Boatman, and Austin Percario, but later left to focus on solo ventures and education. He earned a Bachelor's degree in business and finance from Full Sail University in 2019. In 2020, Levi released his first extended play, DISC ONE, and the music video for "Don't They" featuring a cameo from Normani, directed by Blair Caldwell. Over the following years, Josh Levi signed with Issa Rae's Raedio and Atlantic Records and voiced Aaron Z in Pixar's Turning Red. His song "Nobody Like U" from the film's soundtrack peaked at number 49 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2022, he released a remix of "Don't They" featuring Normani, a track from his second extended play, DISC TWO. An extended version of the EP titled DISC TWO (SCRATCHED UP) came out in 2023.
