Kip Moore

Kip Moore (born in Georgia, U.S.A on April 2, 1980), is an American country music singer and songwriter. Moving to Nashville, Tennessee in 2004 after learning guitar during his college years, Moore signed a record deal with MCA, releasing his debut single “Mary Was the Marrying Kind” in March 2011, followed by “Somethin’ Bout a Truck” in September, which reached number 1 on the Billboard country charts, and nominated for Best Single by a New Artist and Best Music Video by a New Artist at the American Country Awards. His debut studio album Up All Night followed in April 20 2012 and certified platinum with singles “Beer Money” and “Hey Pretty Girl” reaching the top 5 in the US Country Airplay charts. After failing to attain commercial success with his 2014 singles, “Young Love” and “Dirt Road”, Moore released his second album, Wild Ones on August 21, 2015, which reached number 2 on the US Country charts, followed by Slowheart on September 8, 2017, which attracted similar success. In August 2019, Moore surprised fans with “She’s Mine”, a song he had written more than a decade prior. The track was certified gold and included on Moore's fourth studio album Wild World released on March 27, 2020.
