Life On Planets

Baltimore-born artist Phill Celeste, known by his alias Life On Planets, is a versatile singer, guitarist, and producer. Growing up, Celeste absorbed a mosaic of musical influences, ranging from funk and jazz to pop-punk and hip hop. His early experiences with the clarinet and saxophone honed his musical skills, however it was the gift of a guitar that marked a turning point in his journey, inspiring him to experiment and create stories through music. A self-confessed spiritual seeker, Celeste started making waves in the Baltimore underground music scene, sharing his cosmic messages with the support of labels like Wolf + Lamb, Soul Clap, Double Standard, Sub Urban Records, and Crew Love. His debut single, "Apollo," (2014) was followed by quickly by EP Light Years, with the singer unveiling debut album, Curious Palace in June 2015. His 2016 LP, Cosmic Dubs, delved into more exploratory and creative territories, with EPs Akasha, and The Maze follow suit in 2017. As the years rolled on, his music continued to evolve, gaining millions of streams and earning him a place on prestigious festival stages and in acclaimed clubs, releasing a string of successful tracks, including "Need Emotion" and "Just Vibe" in 2018, collaborating with Jamaican producer David Marston in 2019, on "Airwaves," and "Take Your Time" as well as Taylor Bense on 2020 single "Glowstick." Showing no signs of slowing down, Life on Planets released another two EPs in 2022, Nomad Lyfe and King of the Block as well as singles like "Altitude," "Atlantis," and "Funk in the Trunk" with 2023 EP FEELS INTL and August single "Downstream,” adding further layers to the ever-evolving sound that defines his artistry.
