Marco Borsato

Marco Roberto Borsato (December 21, 1966), or simply Marco Borsato, is a Dutch pop singer who spent much of his youth in Italy and began as a performer singing in Italian. He won a regional talent contest and released three albums of Italian songs. He switched to Dutch in 1994 with the release of his album Marco. Other albums include Als Green Ander (1995), Luid en Duidelijk (2000), Zien (2004), Symphonica in Rosso - Live (2006), Dromen Durven Delen (2010), Evenwicht (2015) and Thuis (2017). He has toured internationally and performed as a judge on the television talent show The Voice of Holland. His single “Hoe Het Danst” with Armin van Buuren and Davina Michelle came out in 2019. Two years later, Marco Borsato teamed up with fellow Dutch singer Rolf Sanchez and British-Dutch composer John Ewbank for the singles “Een Moment” and “Hef Je Glas,” a Latin-tinged pop banger that entered the Dutch Top 40 at Number 32.
