Tablo

Daniel Armand Lee, who goes by the name Tablo, is a Canadian-Korean hip-hop and K-pop performer and producer, known best as leader of the South Korean rap act Epik High. Born in Seoul, he grew up in Vancouver, Canada, where he studied creative writing and music - starting with the piano and then switching to violin. He began writing songs, including the lyrics for 'Rainy Christmas' recorded by Kim Gun-mo. He formed Epik High with rappers DJ Tukutz and Mithra Jin in 2003 and they released several hit albums. He featured on Rain's 2006 track 'I'm Coming' and on Navi's 'I Love You', both of which topped the South Korea Singles Chart. He released two solo EPs in 2011: 'Fever's End: Part 1' went to number four on Billboard's World Albums chart and 'Fever's End: Part 2' reached number two. The track 'Tomorrow' featuring Taeyang peaked at number two on the South Korea Singles Chart. He has appeared on radio and television programmes and continues to perform with Epik High with a 2020 tour to be announced.
