Uzi

Uzi (October 5, 1999) is a French rapper from Noisiel in Seine-et-Marne. He began his rapping career in 2015 at the age of 17 and made his official debut with the single “Guelar.” Uzi followed up with the Drive By and Akrapovitch freestyle series, which gained considerable traction online due to their controversial content. His meteoric rise to fame continued in 2018 and 2019 with the standalone singles “Hima,” “Brice de Nice,” “GTA #13,” “Acharné sur le T,” and “Tmax Noir.” In 2020, Uzi reached the French charts for the first time with the single “À la fête,” breaking into the Top 10 and obtaining platinum certification. That same year, Uzi collaborated with fellow rapper RK on the song “Violet” and issued the singles “Matiti,” “Teco," and “A l’aise.” Cœur Abîmé, his highly-anticipated studio debut, saw the light in 2021 and featured production by Bersa, Junior Alaprod, Shabz Beatz, Josh Rosinet, Heezy Lee, and Hoodstar. It also spawned the track “Bella,” which climbed to Number 38 on SNEP’s singles chart.
