Airi Suzuki

Airi Suzuki is a Japanese singer, actress, model, and radio personality. She was born on April 12, 1994, in Gifu, Japan. She started in music professionally in the year 2002 when she attended the auditions to join 4Kids, a group created for the film Mini Moni. This led to her involvement in other projects such as Hello! Project Kids and Aa! In 2005, Airi Suzuki became the lead vocalist for the girl group Cute along with seven other Hello! Project Kids alumni, with whom she released singles such as "Sakura Chirari." During this time, Airi Suzuki also worked as the vocalist for the group Buono! along with Momoko Tsugunaga and Miyabi Natsuyaki, releasing three albums and two mini-albums. Over the following years, she became involved in projects such as the subgroup Dia Lady. She also started modeling for the fashion magazine Ray in 2015. In 2017, Airi Suzuki embarked on her solo career, releasing her debut album Do Me a Favor (2018), which featured collaborations with artists like Scandal, Akai Ko-en, and Spicy Chocolate and peaked at number 6 on the Oricon Weekly Albums Chart. She unveiled her second album I in 2019. In 2020, Airi Suzuki was featured on the Masayuki Suzuki song "Daddy! Daddy! Do!" This was followed by her third studio outing, 26/27, in 2022. Released in 2023, the orchestral ballad "Heart Notes" became one of her most popular songs on streaming services, also reaching number 43 on the Oricon Top 50. A fourth album titled 28/29 came out in March 2024, peaking at number 18 on the Japanese charts.
