I Don't Like Mondays.

I Don't Like Mondays is a four-piece Japanese pop-rock band formed in Omotesantdo, Tokyo, in 2012. The group's debut album Play came out in 2014, introducing an accessible brand of pop-rock that quickly won the band a large following of teenage fans. In common with many successful Japanese performers, I Don't Like Mondays also began looking for commercial opportunities outside of the music, including the development of personal clothing brands. The group's first fashion brand was a collection called "IDLMs By I Don't Like Mondays," which was followed in 2016 by another clothing line, Restir Edition, as well as the appropriately titled album Fashion. A pair of EPs -- 2017's Summer and 2018's A Girl in the City -- preceded the band's third album, Future, which appeared in 2019. Two years later, the group released Black Humor, which reached number 37 on the Oricon Albums chart. I Don't Like Mondays' fifth album, Runway, followed in 2023, debuting at number 47 in Japan.
