Jordan Sandhu

Jasminder Singh Sandhu (July 12, 1994), also known as Jordan Sandhu, is a Punjabi music singer and actor from India. Born in Amritsar, he made his official debut with the single “Muchh Phut Gabruu” in 2015, released via T-Series. The song turned out to be a smash hit in his native country, earning Jordan Sandhu an award for Best Debut Vocalist at the PTC Punjabi Music Awards. His hot streak continued in 2016 with the hits “Sardar Bandey,” “Chhad Na Jaavin,” and “Muchh Rakhi Aa.” After dropping a handful of singles during 2017, Jordan Sandhu released “Teeje Week,” which went on to become one of the most celebrated songs in his repertoire. 2018 found him dabbling into film soundtracks with the single “Handsome Jatta,” included in the original score for the Indian-Punjabi film Ashke. That same year, he also made his acting debut in the war film Subedar Joginder Singh. In 2019, Jordan Sandhu starred in the feature film Kaake Da Vyah and also sang the movie’s title track. He resumed his music career in 2021 with the single “Do Vaari Jatt,” which featured lyrics by Arjan Virk.
