Natalia Podolskaya

Belarussian-born Russian pop singer Natalia Podolskaya (born on May 20, 1982) began her music education at the age of 9 at her native town of Mogilev. Podolskaya’s performance at the music festival Slavic Bazar in 2002 brought her first professional recognition. After she moved to Moscow, she took part in the Russian music TV show Star Factory in 2004. Being noticed through the show by the producer Viktor Drobysh, Podolskaya released her debut album Поздно (Late) in the same year. In 2005, the singer represented Russia in the Eurovision Song Contest with her song ‘Nobody Hurt No One’ and took 15th place. Podolskaya became an independent artist in 2010, she recorded a joint track ‘Let’s Go’ together with the Israel electronic duo Noel Gitman which became her first experiment with progressive trance music. Podolskaya’s second album – Интуиция (Intuition) came out in 2013, the song «Kissлород» (‘Oxygen’) from the record became the Song of the Year. She released her third album, Плачь (Cry) in 2020. Natalia Podolskaya’s frequent artistic partner is her husband Vladimir Presniyakov. As the duo, the couple performed songs such as «Дождь» (‘Rain’), «Я все помню» (‘I Remember Everything’), «Дыши» (‘Breathe’) or «Ты со мной» (‘You Are with Me’).
