Dave Thomas Junior

A British songwriter, producer, and indie-folk solo artist, Dave Thomas Junior grew up in Essex, England, where he launched his music career as the singer of a high school band. After moving to Brixton to study audio engineering, he began writing songs for other artists, contributing heavily to Echo & the Bunnymen's 2009 album, The Fountain, and penning the song "Julia" on Rod Stewart's Blood Red Roses, which topped the UK charts. Meanwhile, he also released a string of solo albums like 2013's The Lucky Ones, 2016's Pieces, and 2018's Echo, earning placements in After Life, The Vampire Diaries, and other television shows along the way.
