Dosdela was born Hanad Hassan in Helsinki in 1993 and released his debut single 'Niiku97' in 2016 in conjunction with Seksikäs-Suklaa, since releasing a number of singles featuring other Finnish hip-hop artists. As well as his career as a rapper Hassan is also becoming a well-known presenter and social commentator in the Finnish media. The rapper has enjoyed a rise to fame through a series of video collaborations with the rapper Seksikäs-Suklaa who arrived in Finland as a nine-year-old boy in 2001 and met Dosdela whilst living in Helsinki. The two men share a humorous outlook on life and have created a significant internet presence for themselves through a series of videos publicised under the collective name Chocolate Hiking. Their videos are often parodies of songs by other artists and during the past few years these short productions have become very popular with young Finnish audiences.
