Jade Jackson

Young country singer-songwriter Jade Jackson's 2017 debut album 'Gilded' was introduced with a splash by record label Anti and she attracted major media attention with the release. Born in rural California, she learned to play the guitar as a teenager and also started to write songs. Performing locally, she earned a reputation for her original material and breathy, melancholy vocal delivery. She studied at Cal Arts in Los Angeles and had a steady gig at a nearby coffee shop before she won her recording contract. She formed a band and played at gigs with artists such as Merle Haggard, Rosie Flores and Dwight Yoakam. 'Gilded' was released in May 2017. She made her national US television debut on the CBS show 'This Morning' later that year and toured across most of America's southern states over the course of the year with 2018 dates to include venues in California.
