Madeline Juno

Madeline Obrigewitsch (August 11, 1995), professionally known as Madeline Juno, is a German singer-songwriter from Offenburg. Born into a music-loving household, she was taught to play piano by her mother at the age of 6 and began writing songs on the guitar during her early adolescence. She rose to popularity after uploading some of her originals to her video-streaming channel and was quickly signed to Universal Music Group in 2013. “Error,” her debut single, appeared later that year and reached Number 63 on the German charts. The single was included in her first studio effort The Unknown, released in 2014. That same year, Madeline Juno competed to represent Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen but was eliminated after the first round. Preceded by the single “Stupid Girl,” a second full-length titled Salvation arrived in 2016 and was followed by DNA (2017) and Was Bleibt (2019), her first album sung entirely in German. In 2022, Madeline Juno scored the biggest hit of her career with her fifth LP Besser kann ich es nicht erklären, which entered the German Top 10 at Number 6.
