Mae Muller

Born Holly Mae Muller on 26 August 1997 in London, England, the R&B-adjacent pop singer and songwriter Mae Muller began writing her own music at the age of eight and attended Fine Arts College in Belsize Park, north London, also making an early appearance in the music video for "Grace Kelly" by Mika. In 2017, she started out sharing her music on SoundCloud and her debut EP After Hours arrived in 2018. Her second EP Frankly followed in September 2018 and she signed to Capitol Records UK that same year. Her debut full-length Chapter 1 emerged in 2019 with a third EP coming in 2020, No One Else, Not Even You. In 2021, she moved into the mainstream with the hit single "Better Days," a collaboration with Swedish music collective Neiked and US rapper Polo G, which charted in the top 40 in both the UK and the US. Having boosted her profile with "Better Days," she teamed with Marshmello and Trippie Redd for 2022 single "American Psycho," which reached number 23 on the US Billboard Hot 100. 2023 saw the release of the collaborative single "Feels This Good" with Sigala, Caity Baser, and Stefflon Don. Also in 2023, she represented the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with the song "I Wrote a Song," which became the first UK Eurovision entry to crack the UK Singles Chart top 40 in over a decade. Mae Muller's eagerly awaited debut album Sorry I'm Late arrived in September 2023 via Universal Music and Capitol Records, which included "Better Days" as its lead single.
