Shirin David

Shirin David, whose full name is Barbara Shirin Davidavičius (April 11, 1995), is a German pop singer who sang and danced at high school in Hamburg while also working as a model. Her debut single “Du Liebst Mich Nicht” made the charts in Austria and Germany in 2015 and she performed as a judge on the German television talent show Deutschland Sucht den Superstar in 2017. The single “Orbit” came out in January 2019 and was added to her debut album Supersize, released in September of that year. Propelled by the chart-topping single “Gib Ihm,” Supersize quickly achieved pole position in Germany and turned Shirin David into the first female hip hop artist to reach Number 1 with her studio debut. Her meteoric rise to stardom continued with the singles “90-60-111” (2020), “Ich Darf Das” (2020), and “Lieben Wir” (2021), all of which shot straight to the top of the GfK Entertainment Charts.
