Supernova

Supernova are a K-pop band formed in 2007 in South Korea featuring vocalists Jung Yoon Hak (who goes by the name Yoonhak), Kim Sung Je (Sungje) and Yoon Sung Mo (Sungmo), who left in 2019. The other members of the group include rappers Park Geon II (Geonil), Kim Kwang Soo (Kwangsoo) and Song Hun Yong (Jihyuk). Since 2009, they have released mostly Japanese recordings with albums such as 'Hana' (2009), 'Hop Step Jumping!' (2010), '4U' (2011) which went to number three on the Japan albums chart, 'Go for It!' (2012) which reached number eight, 'Six' (2013) which peaked at number two and '7iro' (2015), which hit number three. Their 2009 single 'TTL (Time to Love)' with T-ara was a major hit and they have released several live albums and concert DVDs and had several tracks on the Japan singles chart including 'Da-ki-shi-me-ta-i' (2013), 'Winner' (2013), 'Matakimito' (2016) and 'Chapter II' (2018), all of which went to number three. A single titled 'Bang' came out in 2019 and they were due to embark on a tour of Japan.
