Tim Bowness

English singer-songwriter Tim Bowness was born in Latchford, Cheshire in 1963 and although he is primarily known for his work with No-Man, he also has links to a wide variety of other musical projects. His musical multi-tasking includes being the lead singer for the critically acclaimed Henry Fool whose roster of members includes Roxy Music guitarist Phil Manzanera. Bowness is also an occasional member of the German band Cetrozoon, the British electro band Darkroom and the Anglo-Italian band Memories of Machines. He also has a long standing collaboration with the Cambridge musician Pete Chilvers. Of the many projects Bowness has been involved in one of the most intriguing is his work with Judy Dyble, founder member of Fairport Convention and Trader Horne. Bowness also has a solo career and since releasing his debut solo album 'My Hotel Year' in 2004 has recorded a further four albums.
