Unloved

Founded in 2015 by legendary DJ and producer David Holmes, singer-songwriter Jade Vincent and composer-keyboardist Keefus Ciancia, BAFTA-winning LA trio Unloved is synonymous with the sound of Phoebe Waller-Bridge's hit drama series, Killing Eve. Tracks from the band's 2016 debut album of dark and slow-burning 1960s-inspired orchestral pop, Guilty of Love, and the 2019 follow-up Heartbreak, were used to bring the BBC America TV show to life. Ciancia – who has also composed for hit TV shows True Detective and The Fall – and Holmes crafted original soundtrack music, for which they scooped the 2019 BAFTA TV Craft Award for Original Music. Following the release of the Guilty of Love EP in 2015, Unloved added four more EPs to their repertoire, ushering in their fifth EP, Strange Effect, via the UK's Heavenly Recordings in 2020.
