Kenichi Suzumura

Kenichi Suzumura was born in Niigata Prefecture, Japan on September 12, 1974, and has spent the past three decades building a prolific reputation as a voice actor, singer, and narrator. Despite initially setting his sights on the restaurant game, he ultimately chose voice acting over cheffing and enlisted at the Japan Narration Actor Institute before making his debut as Morley in the 1994 TV anime series Macross 7. He went on to add his voice to a variety of roles spanning the full spectrum of animation, games, radio, and music, picking up the Best Personality award and the Synergy Award for 2007 tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Den-O at the 2nd Seiyu Awards. In October that same year, he signed a deal with Japan's Lantis label and dropped his debut single, "Intention," which went to number 14 in Japan and was followed by his debut album Becoming in 2009. He has since put out a string of other releases, including third full-length album Vessel in 2014, 2017 mini-album Naked Man and 2018 Best of album Going My Rail. In 2021, he returned with ぢらいと (Bright), his first full-length album since 2014's Vessel.
