Woojin

South Korean singer and actor Kim Woo-jin (known mononymously as Woojin) was born in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea on April 8, 1997. Making his debut in March, 2018 as a member of the JYP Entertainment boy group Stray Kids, releasing a trilogy of EPs I Am Not, I Am Who and I Am You in their first year. Leaving the group for personal reasons in October 2019, Woojin signed with 10x Entertainment, launching his solo career with the pre-debut digital single “Still Dream” on July 8, 2021 with the EP The Moment: A Minor and lead single “Ready Now” released side by side on August 8. The EP reached number 7 on the Korean charts. In November and December, he appeared on two soundtracks, performing “Because It’s You” from Let Me Be Your Knight (television drama) and “Timeless” from 3.5th Period (web film) which he was also cast in. In 2022, Woojin embarked on his first world tour, performing throughout Europe, Asia, North and South America, releasing “In the End”, from the Netflix series Reborn Rich in December that year.
